1. Who we are and who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nomad House Club (the "Service"), available at nomadhouseclub.com, operated by:

By joining the waitlist, accessing the member platform, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Nomad House Club is a private, invitation-only community for property owners who live nomadically between multiple countries. The Service allows approved members to:

• Create a member profile and list properties
• Browse other members' profiles and properties
• Send and receive private messages with other members

The Service is offered free of charge as a community project. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with adequate notice.

3. Eligibility and admission

To access the member platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Submit a waitlist application and be approved by our team
• Authenticate via the one-time PIN system on each new device or session

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, and to revoke membership at any time if these Terms are violated.

4. Member conduct

By using the Service you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information about yourself, your properties, or your availability
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not authorised by us (e.g. advertising, spam, lead generation)
• Attempt to circumvent the authentication system or access accounts that are not yours
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm the Service or its users
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of all content you upload (profile information, property photos, messages). By submitting content to the Service, you grant CTOFULLSTACK LIMITED PARTNERSHIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Property listings

Nomad House Club is a discovery and connection platform, not a booking or accommodation service. We do not facilitate transactions, payments, or formal rental agreements between members.

Any arrangements made between members (including home exchanges, long-stay agreements, or other accommodation arrangements) are solely between the members involved. CTOFULLSTACK LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is not a party to any such arrangement and accepts no liability for disputes, damages, or losses arising from them.

Members listing properties warrant that they have the legal right to make such arrangements and that their properties comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

We provide the Service on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. We may at any time:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Change these Terms (we will notify members of material changes by email)
• Introduce or remove features

Continued use of the Service after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any data stored will be preserved indefinitely.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTOFULLSTACK LIMITED PARTNERSHIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Account termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hola@nomadhouseclub.com. We will delete your profile, messages, and property listings within 30 days.

We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without refund of any kind (the Service being free, there is nothing to refund).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by this clause.
